Pennridge Wrestling Rams (PWR) is a family oriented, community based organization where young athletes are introduced to the world of wrestling and so much more! Our club is dedicated to teaching kids the fundamentals of the sport while fostering essential life skills such as sportsmanship, hard work, and respect.
Founded on the belief that wrestling builds character, our club provides a positive and encouraging environment where kids can learn the value of perseverance, teamwork, and discipline. Whether your child is new to wrestling or has some experience, we're here to support their growth both on and off the mat.
Our coaches and staff are passionate about instilling not only wrestling techniques but also the core values that will help our wrestlers succeed in all areas of life. We emphasize effort, integrity, and resilience in everything we do, helping young wrestlers gain confidence, improve their physical fitness, and develop lasting friendships.
Our Mission
1. Teaching the Fundamentals
We aim to provide children with a strong foundation in the sport of wrestling. Through hands-on coaching and a structured learning environment, we teach the essential skills of wrestling, along with important values such as sportsmanship, hard work, and respect. Our program is designed for both beginners and experienced wrestlers, offering a supportive atmosphere where all kids can grow and improve.
2. Supporting All Pennridge Wrestling Teams
In addition to our youth development efforts, we are passionate about supporting all wrestling programs in the Pennridge community — the High School, Middle Schools and our own youth elementary program. Through fundraising events and community initiatives, we provide financial, administrative and logistical support to these teams. Our club plays a vital role in ensuring that Pennridge Wrestling remains strong from the youth level all the way through high school.
We believe in the power of wrestling to shape character, build discipline, and inspire confidence.
